  • Do I need a FireTvStick for your Premium Access subscription?
    Yes, you will need a FireTvStick or Android device. If you do not have one, you can order our Platinum Loaded FireTVSticks. If you already have one, we can upgrade it. We also offer free trail for a week.
  • Is there a monthly fee for the firestick service?
    Yes you can pay $25 per month depending on how many FireTVSticks you want connected or $60 for the year
  • If I already have a FireTvStick can I get these services?
    Yes we can, we can do it for $40 or you can receive a guide with tech support by phone for $25. We recommend that for our people out of state to offer faster service.
  • Does the Premium have all the channels?
    We offer every channel and all premium channels, we don’t offer local news due to being worldwide! You will also have PayPerView, NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass, MLB Extra Innings, WWE Network
  • Do I get live tv without the Premium Access subscription?
    Yes, our Platinum Loaded FireTVSticks come with pre-installed apps for unlimited movies, unlimited tv shows, sports, PPV, live tv and more! The only difference is that you would get live tv for 1 month free when you purchase a stick from us.
  • Where are you all located?
    We are located in New Orleans.
  • What does 1** line or 2 ** line mean?
    When having All Access Subscription you can enter log in information into up to 3 devices. But if you only have 1 line you can on stream on 1 device at a time. If 2 lines, 2 devices at a time will stream services!
  • What is a retro magic box?
    A retro magic box is a gaming system with more then one console. The console have all of your childhood gaming needs such as Atrai, Nes, Supernes, N64, Sega, Dreamcast and much more.
  • How does the console connect?
    The console connects to any HD TV/monitor via the supplied HDMI cable, making it easy to set-up anywhere in the home, or take to social events and parties. All orders will receive the correct power lead (EU, UK, US or AU)
  • How does the console look and sound?
    The console will look and sound exactly how the originals did. Gameplay will be perfectly smooth on all systems and upscale to the correct size depending on the TV. **Please note a few N64 games can suffer from stutters, even on an overclocked device**
  • Can games be saved and loaded like the originals?
    Yes games can be saved exactly like the originals. Furthermore, you can save and load any game at any time using the save/load state feature. There are 30+ slots you can use for multiple saves on different games.
